Dimora Arabella, a private corner of Versilia
Dimora Arabella is a small estate made of a historic yellow villa and a stone pool house, surrounded by lawn, olive trees and flowers. Only three apartments, each with its own entrance and character: ARA opens onto the garden, ARABELLA keeps the old chestnut beams of the villa, BELLA looks straight onto the pool.
No crowds, no noise from other guests: just the feeling of having a Tuscan home all to yourself, with the beaches, the art towns and the mountains of Versilia all within easy reach.

From the pool to the mountains, every day can be different.
Days by the pool
Sun loungers, palms and banana plants around a bright turquoise pool, open from May to October. The outdoor shower is right there for after a swim.
Dinners under the sky
The shared garden has a barbecue and outdoor tables: grill fresh fish from Viareggio and dine by the pool as the sky turns pink.
The sea, five minutes away
The wide sandy beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta are just 2 km away. Choose a beach club with sun bed and parasol, or a wild stretch of dunes.
Art in the town of sculptors
Pietrasanta is 3 km away: marble studios, bronze foundries, galleries and a Cathedral square perfect for an evening aperitivo.
By bike along the coast
Flat cycle paths run along the seafront from Viareggio to Forte dei Marmi. Ideal for a morning ride before the beach.
